·   Tip switch or circuit defective

·   Vehicle speed too high

·   Transmission fluid temperature too high

·   Fault in transmission fluid temperature sensor circuit

·   Using TECH 1, check Data List parameters for "winter program" tip switch (section 5.4 no. 20)
