Guide Lever, Remove and Install  

Object Number: 616191  Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove selector rod.  

Press together retaining springs of hollow pin (1) and press out hollow pin (arrow). Replace hollow pin after removal!

Loosen bolt for shift rod clamp (left arrow).  

Pin with spring clamps (right arrow) from guide lever mounting.  

Guide lever assembly from rear engine suspension bracket.

Both guide lever bearing bushings can be replaced. If necessary, replace joint part on universal joint.  

Object Number: 616201  Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

Do not further disassemble guide lever!

Object Number: 616192  Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Guide lever assy. with pin to transmission, snap in spring clamps. Lubricate bearing bushings, silicone grease.

Guide lever assy. with pin to transmission. Snap in spring clamps. Lubricate bearing bushings with silicone grease.  

Connect plug connection shift rod - shift guide.  

Tighten shift rod clamp bolts only after adjustment.  

Object Number: 2374614  Size: DEFAULT

Knurled bolt of guide lever in shift linkage, do not tighten clamp of transmission shift linkage. New hollow pin at universal joint, snap in expansion springs (1). Lubricate pin with silicone grease. Selector rod.  

Object Number: 616198  Size: DEFAULT  Adjust   

Transmission shift linkage - see operation "Transmission Shift Linkage, Adjust".
