Secondary Air Metal Pipe, Remove and Install (X 18 XE, X 20 XEV)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Detach heat shield from exhaust manifold. Remove fastening bolts for secondary air combination valve. Remove fastening bolts (1) and remove secondary air metal pipe.  

Object Number: 616195 Size: DEFAULT  Clean   

Clean sealing surface and remove gasket residue.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Object Number: 2393273 Size: DEFAULT

Attach secondary air metal pipe to exhaust manifold using new gasket - Insert fastening bolts with locking agent (white) - Tightening torque 8 Nm.  

Attach fastening bolts for secondary air combination valve and heat shield.
