Secondary air combination valve, remove and install (X 14 XE, X 16 XEL) > < Secondary air switchover valve, remove and install (X16XEL up to MY '96 1/2)

Secondary Air Switchover Valve, Remove and Install (X 18 XE, X 20 XEV)  

Notice: 

Illustration F 8424 shows the secondary air switchover valve with the intake manifold removed.  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Detach vacuum hoses and wiring harness plug (1) from secondary air switchover valve - mark installation position.  

Remove fastening bolts (2). Detach secondary air switchover valve from bracket.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Slide secondary air switchover valve onto bracket and attach to intake manifold.  

Attach vacuum hoses and wiring harness plug to secondary air switchover valve.  

Object Number: 2394933 Size: DEFAULT
