Replace outside handle (front door)
 Remove
| 1. |
In vehicles with Open and Start inner panelling remove front
door
|
| 2. |
Separate Open and Start wiring harness plug
| • |
Disconnect wiring harness plug.
|
|
|
|
| 3. |
Detach front door panel
| • |
Prise off panel (1) with a plastic wedge
|
|
|
|
|
| 4. |
Remove fixed handle part of front door with lock cylinder
| • |
Pull out and hold moveable handle part (I)
|
| • |
Turn bolt (II) left until it stops
Note: Moveable handle
part must now be secured in pulled position.

Remove fixed handle part with lock cylinder (IV)
|
|
| 5. |
Detach door handle
| • |
Pull back moveable handle part (III) to remove
|
|
|
Install
| 6. |
Refit door handle
| • |
Fit moveable handle part into door panel
|
|
| 7. |
Install front door fixed handle part with lock cylinder
| • |
Install fixed handle part with lock cylinder
|
| • |
Turn bolt right until it stops
Note: Hold moveable
handle part in place while turning bolt.

Attach front door panel
|
| 9. |
Connect wiring harness plug with vehicles with Open and
Start
|
| 10. |
Install front door inner panelling
|
