Temperature sensor, evaporator, remove and install

  Remove

1.   Remove condensation drain
  • LHD
  • RHD
2.   Remove central console
3.   Remove air distribution rear footwell (1)

4.   Detach and remove heater core cover
•   Unscrew 4x bolt (1) and 4x bolt (2)

5.   Remove evaporator temperature sensor (1)
•   Detach and remove temperature sensor by twisting through 90°
•   Separate wiring harness plug (2)
– Release and disconnect wiring harness plug

  Install

6.   Install temperature sensor
•   Connect wiring harness plug.
•   Fit temperature sensor and lock by twisting through 90°
7.   Fit heater core cover
•   Tighten 8x bolt
8.   Fit central console
9.   Fit condensation drain
  • LHD
  • RHD
