Remove and refit heating control

Note:   When replacing the heater controls with ECC, note the work to be undertaken with Tech2 when replacing control units.

  Remove

1.   Disconnect battery. 2.   Remove radio •   Unclip radio using removal bracket KM-6067 – Push removal bracket into the openings (arrows) until it engages, press outwards and withdraw radio •   Unclip antenna cable (1) •   Separate wiring harness plug (2) – Release and disconnect wiring harness plug

3.   Unclip heating control •   Unclip 2x clip at top (1) •   Separate 2x wiring harness plug (2) – Release and disconnect wiring harness plug

  Install

7.	Program volatile memories Note:   When replacing the control unit, program with TECH2.
