Diagnostic Trouble Code Storage Condition

Sport Mode Switch LED Circuit Low Voltage

• Final stage diagnosis in control unit
  (Short circuit to ground)
• Above condition must be fulfilled for at least 0.025 s .

Front Left Wheel Speed Sensor Malfunction

Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

Brake Light Switch malfunction

• Vehicle speed is greater than 20 km/h (12 mph)
• Brake switch (stop light) indicates continuously brake application since ignition ON
• Above conditions must be fulfilled for at least 360 s .

• ABS activation on all four wheels without brake switch indication
• Above condition must be fulfilled for at least 0.01 s .

Lateral Acceleration Sensor not Calibrated

• The control unit is not calibrated

Effect:

• The traction control function is locked.
• The ESP function is locked.
• The system telltale is switched on.

Lateral Acceleration Sensor Circuit Malfunction

• The sensor signal is out of the plausible range
• Vehicle speed is greater than 10.8 km/h (6.2 mph)
• Above conditions must be fulfilled for at least 0.028 s .

Lateral Acceleration Sensor Circuit Range/Performance

Yaw Rate Sensor Circuit Range/Performance

• The sensor signal is out of the plausible range
• Vehicle speed is greater than 10.8 km/h (6.2 mph)
• Above conditions must be fulfilled for at least 0.25-1.75 s .

Effect:

• The traction control function is locked.
• The ESP function is locked.
• The system telltale is switched on.

Yaw Rate Sensor Circuit Malfunction

• The sensor signal is out of the plausible range
