Oil Pump, Remove and Install > < Oil Filter Housing, Remove and Install

Engine Oil Cooler/Heat Exchanger, Replace

  Remove

1.   Remove oil filter housing
2.   Detach heat exchanger from oil filter housing
•   Unscrew 3x bolts (1)
Object Number: 2413907 Size: DEFAULT


3.   Clean sealing surfaces.

  Install

4.   Attach heat exchanger to oil filter housing
•   Replace 4x seal rings
•   Tighten 3x bolt 9 Nm
5.   Install oil filter housing
