Oil Pump, Check

Remove

1.	Remove oil pump

Measure

Oil Pump, Check

Important: Bevel on the circumference of the external diameter of the outer rotor must point towards the timing case
•	Insert inner rotor and outer rotor

•

Measure residue with straightedge and feeler gauge

–	The permissible clearance between the rotors and the upper edge of the timing case is (0.020...0.065) mm
