Compression, Check > < Replace engine oil level sensor

Replace turbocharger oil return line

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Disconnect earth cable from battery
•   Slacken nut
3.   Raise vehicle by its full height
4.   Place collecting basin underneath.
5.   Detach turbocharger oil feed line (1)
•   Release clamp (3)
•   Unscrew 2x bolts (2)

  Install

6.   Install turbocharger oil return line
•   Tighten 2x bolt 8 Nm
•   Attach clamp
7.   Lower vehicle by its full height
8.   Connect earth cable to battery
•   Tighten nut
9.   Program volatile memories
10.   Check engine oil level and correct if necessary
11.   Close bonnet
