Throttle Valve Body, Remove and Install

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Remove charge air hose from intercooler to charge air pipe (1)
•   Undo 2 clamps
Object Number: 8125666 Size: DEFAULT


3.   Remove charge air pipe (1)
•   Unscrew 2x bolts (2)
Object Number: 8125559 Size: DEFAULT


4.   Remove throttle valve module (1)
•   Detach vacuum line (2) from solenoid valve
•   Unscrew 3 bolts
Object Number: 8125560 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

5.   Install throttle valve module
•   Tighten 3x bolt 8 Nm
•   Attach vacuum line to solenoid valve
6.   Attach charge air pipe
•   Replace seal
•   Tighten 2x bolts
7.   Install charge air hose, intercooler to charge air pipe
•   Tighten 2x clamp 3.5 Nm
8.   Close bonnet
