| Complaint: |
Hose clamp of upper air charge hose may
damage the connecting hose radiator to coolant expansion tank due
to vibrations. |
| Cause: |
Hose clamp of upper air charge hose fits
closely to the connecting hose radiator to coolant expansion
tank. |

Remedy:
In case of customer complaint turn hose clamp of upper air charge hose and
check cooling system for leaks.
Working Procedure:
1. Turn hose clamp of upper air charge hose (Picture I, 1).
Note:
- turn hose clamp approx. 30° to the left side (arrow)
- tightening torque 3.5 Nm
2. Check cooling system for leaks
