Freewheel F1, Dismantle and Assemble (AF22)
Remove
Important: Secure converter so it
does not fall out

1. |
Remove transmission
|
2. |
Attach transmission to KM-694-A
(2)
• |
Attach assembly to KM-113-2 (1)
|
|
3. |
Remove oil drain bolt (3)
• |
Drain transmission fluid and collect for damage diagnosis
|
|
4. |
Remove converter and fluid pump seal ring
|
|
|
5. |
Remove fluid pump assembly with multi-disc brakes B1 and B2
|
7. |
Check freewheel clutch function
• |
Hold outer wheel
Note: Inner wheel must
be rotatable clockwise (arrow) and locked in counterclockwise
direction.

|
8. |
Release freewheel F1 with covers from outer wheel
• |
Remove friction washer (4) from outer wheel (5)
|
• |
Remove inner wheel (1) from outer wheel
|
• |
Remove friction washer (2) from inner wheel
|
• |
Release freewheel F1 (3) with covers from outer wheel
Note: Note installation
position.

|
Install

Insert freewheel F1 (3) with covers in outer wheel (5)
Note: Note installation
position.

10. |
Attach friction washer to outer wheel
• |
Attach friction washer (2) to inner wheel (1)
Note: Watch out for dog
and cut-out.

Insert inner wheel (1) in outer wheel (5)
|
• |
Attach friction washer (4) to outer wheel
Note: Watch out for dog
and cut-out.

11. |
Check freewheel clutch function
• |
Hold outer wheel
Note: Inner wheel must
be rotatable clockwise (arrow) and locked in counterclockwise
direction.

13. |
Install fluid pump assembly (4) with multi-disc brakes B1 and
B2
|
|
|
Important: Secure converter so it
does not fall out
|
14. |
Install fluid pump seal ring and converter
|
15. |
Attach oil drain bolt (3) to transmission with seal ring
Note: Use new seal
ring.
• |
Tighten oil drain bolt 40 Nm
|
|
16. |
Detach transmission assembly with KM-694-A (2) from KM-113-2
(1)
• |
Detach transmission from KM-694-A
|
|
17. |
Install transmission
• |
Top up with transmission fluid
|
|
18. |
Check and correct transmission fluid level
|
|
|
