Read and carry out corresponding Field Remedies (TSB)

Check clutch pedal movement
|
The clutch pedal must move down to the floor plate.
Ensure that no foot mat or similar is in the
area below the clutch pedal.

Check/adjust remote gear selection
|

Bleeding the hydraulic clutch actuation

Check that clutch disengages
|
- Engine running at idle
- Press clutch
- Selector in neutral for around 10 seconds
- Engage 1st gear
If the vehicle jerks slightly, the clutch is not
disengaging properly.

Remove transmission

|
- Are the correct parts fitted?
- Check clutch for damage
- Check grease on clutch hub, if necessary clean and grease
clutch plate hub and gear input shaft toothing
- Centring bushes present on engine, and not damaged or
loose?
- Check flywheel according to new ZMS damage diagnosis
