Replace servo motor for central locking - fuel
filler cap
 Remove
| 1. |
Remove lower tailgate inner panelling

Remove tailgate sealing strip
|
| • |
Unclip 8x clip (1) and (2)
|
|
|
|
| 2. |
Detach right-hand side wall inner panelling
|
| 3. |
Release servo motor
| • |
Unclip in arrow direction
|
| • |
Disconnect wiring harness plug from servo motor (1)
| – |
Release wiring harness plug and disconnect.
|
|
|
| 4. |
Detach Bowden cable for filler cap control
| • |
Unclip Bowden cable in direction of arrow
|
| • |
Press servo motor in direction of arrow and remove
|
|
|
|
Install
| 5. |
Insert servo motor
| • |
Press in direction of tail light
|
| • |
Connect and lock wiring harness plug
|
|
| 6. |
Attach Bowden cable for filler cap control and clip in
|
| 7. |
Attach right side wall inner panelling
|
| 8. |
Fit lower tailgate inner panelling
| • |
Install tailgate sealing strip
|
|
|
