Replace digital diesel injection wiring harness Z 19 DT

Important:   Replace or repair wiring harnesses observing the safety regulations of electrics/electronics.

5.   Expose wiring harness diesel injection system as far as main fuse box •   Release and disconnect wiring harness plug (2) from main fuse box •   Unclip 2x wiring harness plug at pre-glow system control unit (1)

6.   Expose diesel injection system wiring harness on transmission side •   Release and disconnect wiring harness plug from thermostat housing (1) •   Release and disconnect wiring harness plug of throttle valve (2) •   Release and disconnect wiring harness plug of injection pipe (3)

7.   Expose diesel injection system wiring harness at the top on control side •   Unscrew 2x nut (1) •   Release and disconnect wiring harness plug EGR valve (2) •   Release and disconnect wiring harness plug of boost pressure sensor (3) •   Release and disconnect compressor wiring harness plug of AC system (5) •   Release and disconnect pressure sensor wiring harness plug of AC system (6) •   Release and disconnect wiring harness plug of air flow sensor (7) •   Release and disconnect 4x injector wiring harness plugs (4)

8.   Expose wiring harness of diesel injection system in rear area •   Release and disconnect 4x wiring harness plugs (1) and (2) of sheathed glow plugs •   Release and disconnect wiring harness plug (3) of injection pipe •   Release and disconnect camshaft sensor wiring harness plug (5) •   Release and disconnect high pressure injector pump wiring harness plug (4) •   Release and disconnect wiring harness plug of oil level sensor (7) •   Release and disconnect wiring harness plug (6) of oil pressure sensor •   Release and disconnect combination plug (8)
