| Complaint: |
Load compartment cover uneven return after
rear quater window panel replacement. |
| Cause: |
Change of clearance specification for load
compartment cover guide rail from 0.5mm to 1mm. |
| Production: |
As of February 2011 parts with the new
specification have been implemented in production. |
Remedy:
In case of a replacement of the rear quater window panel
(for example part-number 13 311 671) on vehicles with a build date
before February 2011, both rear quater window panels need to replaced.
Only parts with new specification are available on stock.
The warehouses have been cleansed.
