Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (1.3L Diesel LSF with Start/Stop System)

Removal Procedure

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
2. Remove the plenum water deflector. Refer to Plenum Water Deflector Replacement - Center .
3. Remove the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement .

4. Remove the 2 heater outlet hose clamps (1).
5. Remove the 2 heater outlet hoses (2) from surge tank and heater outlet hose.

6. Remove the heater outlet hose clamp (1).
7. Remove the heater outlet hose (2) from auxiliary water pump (3).

Installation Procedure

1. Install the heater outlet hose (2) to auxiliary water pump (3).
2. Install the heater outlet hose clamp (1).

3. Install the 2 heater outlet hoses (2) to surge tank and heater outlet hose.
4. Install the 2 heater outlet hose clamp (1).
5. Install the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement .
6. Install the plenum water deflector. Refer to Plenum Water Deflector Replacement - Center .
7. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
