Driver or Passenger Seat Head Restraint Replacement

Driver or Passenger Front Seat Head Restraint Guide Bezel

Driver or Passenger Front Seat Head Restraint Adjust Rod Guide

Driver or Passenger Seat Head Restraint

Open the cushion cover at the front seat- rear side.

Cut the cable strap from the bowden cable head restraint.

Clip out the bowden wire of head restraint- right side.

Clip out the bowden wire of head restraint- left side.

Release both head restraint guide bezels.

Remove both securing's of the head restraint adjust rod guide.

Remove the front seat head restraint.

Install the new front seat head restraint adjust rod guide.

Tip
Use a commercial screwdriver to remove both of the securing head restraint adjust rod guides.
