 Remove, Disconnect Remove attaching parts. Note size of new part. Separate rear quarter panel.

2 Partial replacement, rear
I = Separation lines for additional operation "Door Sill Panelling, Replace". Economy part is supplied to approx. separation line "I".
 Important! Do not damage reinforcement of inner rear quarter panel when separating door sill panelling! |

 Install, Connect Fit rear quarter panel economy part Approx. 10 mm/0.4 in. allowance for overlap. Step flange with commercially available edge setter. Weld in rear quarter panel economy part, spot weld at overlapping point.

Seal body seams. |

Seal cavities. |
|
Apply underseal. |
|
Install attaching parts. |
