Always note:

 

Clips must not be used for the airbag cover on the co-driver's side, contrary to the descriptions in the following literature:

Note:

 

The clips (part no. 90 460 205, cat. no. 1 99 902) for the instrument panel cover (upper illustration, pos. 1) may only be used for vehicles without the co-driver's side airbag.

 

 

From the very start of production, the clips have been omitted for vehicles with co-driver's side airbags and must not be used (lower illustration).
