Remove sill panelling - see corresponding operation. Remove rear door rubber weatherstrip (2). Remove adhesive strip residue. Clean adhesive surfaces.
Important!
Mark position of gap (1). Completely removed rubber seal must not be re-used. Only partially removed rubber seal may be re-used in compliance with the following mounting instructions. Always use new double-sided adhesive strips (for new rubber seal as well). Do not apply adhesive strips below 18 ° C!
Install, Connect
Apply adhesive strips - 220 mm/8.7 in. in length - to body web at least 15 minutes before installing the rubber weatherstrips. Remove protective sheeting.
Install rubber weatherstrip.
Install sill panelling - see corresponding operation.
Remove, Disconnect
