Inner Panelling - Rear Door, Remove and Install > < Carpet, Remove and Install reinstallation

Front Door Inner Panelling, Remove and Install  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove front door handle and door pocket - see corresponding operations. Press off retaining clip from window crank using KM-317-A and remove window crank from window winder pin. Remove outside mirror panel.

Lever off inner window channel seal with a plastic wedge. Unscrew door inner panelling fastening bolts. Remove door inner panelling over door release knob.

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Model 75  

Unscrew fastening bolts. Remove clip with KM-475-A. If present, release wiring harness plug for electrical window winders and disconnect. Remove door inner panelling above door locking button.

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Model 75  

If present, connect wiring harness plug for electrical window winders (illus.). Press on door inner panelling with clips.  

Bolt on door inner panelling. Install door handle and door pocket - see corresponding operations. Install window crank with retaining clip and outside mirror panel. Press in inner window channel seal.
