Panelling - B Pillar, Remove and Install - Models 71, 78, 79, F 35  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Detach upper belt fastening - guide pulley cap (1) and unscrew bolt (2). Pull off door weatherstrip at B pillar from body web.  

Lever off cover cap from B pillar panelling and unscrew. Remove B pillar panelling (1).  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Bolt on B pillar panelling and install cover cap. Insert door weatherstrip on body web. Screw on upper belt fastening and press on guide pulley cap.  

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

When screwing on upper belt anchor, ensure correct installing position of spacer (3) - i.e. long collar points towards height adjuster - and of spring washer (4).  

Object Number: 2394502 Size: DEFAULT

 

 

Object Number: 616199 Size: DEFAULT  Tighten (Torque)   

Safety belt to body - 35 Nm / 26 lbf. ft.
