Retaining Clip for Rear Seat Backrest, Split, Remove and Install - as of MY '96  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Fold rear seat backrest forwards and detach panelling (3). Loosen fastening bolts (2) and remove retaining clip (1).  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Insert retaining clip (1) and fasten - 20 Nm / 15 lbf. ft. Fold seat backrest back and check that retaining clip engages in catch without jamming. If retaining clip jams or scrapes, loosen bolts again and correct position accordingly. Repeat check. Install panelling (3) and fold rear seat backrest back.
