• Return pump and valve relay voltage feedback are evaluated and indicate an implausible value
• The fault (circuit interruption/short circuit to ground) is recognised when the ignition is switched on with subsequent switch-on test, and also while travelling. (Short circuit to ground or circuit interruption) or (Return pump motor locked)
