Coolant Cutoff Valve, Remove and Install - as of MY '96
Vehicles with air conditioning.
Remove, Disconnect
Drain coolant. Separate cable ties (2), release hose (1) and set aside. Release vacuum hose (6) from upper side of valve. Release coolant hoses (3) and (4) and remove valve (5).
Install, Connect
Insert valve (5), connect to both coolant hoses (3) and (4) and to vacuum hose (6). Note installation position (arrow on valve housing). Connect hose (1) and attach cable ties (2).
Top up and bleed cooling system - see corresponding operation. Ensure that anti-freeze is adequate down to -30 ° C / -22 ° F.
Remove, Disconnect 
Install, Connect
