Crankshaft, Check (Out-of-Round)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove oil pan - see operation "Oil Pan, Remove and Install" in this group. Remove central crankshaft bearing cap with bearing shell.  

Object Number: 616197 Size: DEFAULT  Measure   

Place dial gauge on centre crank pin and set to "0". Measure out-of-round by turning crankshaft. Maximum permissible out-of-round 0.05 mm.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Object Number: 2385391 Size: DEFAULT

Install bearing shells and bearing caps.  

Object Number: 616199 Size: DEFAULT  Tighten (Torque)   

Crankshaft bearing cap to cylinder block - 88 Nm / 65 lbf. ft.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Install oil pan - see operation "Oil Pan, Remove and Install".  

Object Number: 2378126 Size: DEFAULT
