Valves, Grind In  

Correct milling is usually adequate for providing a gas-tight valve seat. However, the seat quality can be further improved by also grinding in the valve cone.  

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

Only used fine-grain pastes for grinding.  
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Lubricate valve stem. Grind in valves by lifting rhythmically and turning regularly. Use commercially available valve grinder.

After grinding, carefully clean valve and valve seat.
