Seal Ring - Oil Pump, Replace > < Oil Pressure Regulating Valve, Remove and Install

Oil Filter Cartridge, Replace  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove oil filter cartridge with KM-648 or KM-884. For vehicles with RHD, to do this release coolant compensation tank at bulkhead and lay to the side.  

Place dust cloth or similar rag under oil filter/oil cooler in order to protect starter from escaping engine oil.

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Coat seal ring of new oil filter cartridge with engine oil.  

Install oil filter cartridge. Remove dust cloth. On vehicles with RHD, fasten coolant compensation tank to bulkhead.  

Object Number: 616196 Size: DEFAULT  Inspect   

Check engine oil level, if necessary top up to "Max" mark on dipstick.
