Safety Valve in Oil Circuit, Remove and Install  

  Remove, Disconnect   

Unbolt injection pump bracket from cylinder block and injection pump (see illus. I).   Unscrew safety valve (see illus. II).     Install, Connect    Coat new seal ring with silicone grease (white) and fit. Install safety valve (see illus. II).   Bolt injection pump bracket to cylinder block and injection pump (see illus. I).     Tighten (Torque)    Safety valve to cylinder block   - 35 Nm / 26 lbf. ft.   Injection pump bracket to cylinder block   - 45 Nm / 33 lbf. ft   Injection pump bracket to injection pump   - 40 Nm / 29.5 lbf. ft
