Gasket Between Exhaust Manifold and Cylinder Head, Replace (15D, 17D) > < Front Seal Ring - Camshaft, Replace

Gasket between Intake Manifold and Cylinder Head, Replace (15 D, 17 D, X 17 D)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove air intake hose. Remove crankcase vent from cylinder head cover. Detach wiring harness from bracket on intake manifold. Unscrew intake manifold fastening bolts (1).  

Loosen outer fastening bolts and remove intake manifold (2).  

Object Number: 616195 Size: DEFAULT  Clean   

Clean sealing surfaces on intake manifold and cylinder head.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Install new gasket. Attach intake manifold and fasten - 25 Nm / 18 lbf. ft. (see illus. II).  

Fasten wiring harness to bracket on intake manifold. Install crankcase vent and air intake hose.
