Vacuum Pump, Remove and Install
 Remove, Disconnect Release and remove V-belt. Remove vacuum line and oil lines from vacuum pump (arrows). |

Remove, Disconnect Unscrew fastening bolts (arrows) and remove vacuum pump with O-ring.
 Install, Connect Position vacuum pump on alternator shaft and secure - 7 Nm / 5 lbf. ft.
Note installation position of O-ring. |

 Inspect Check that alternator pulley can be turned easily by hand.
Install, Connect Fill approx. 5 cm 3 engine oil into oil inlet. Install oil lines with new seal rings (arrows) - 25 Nm / 18 lbf. ft., and attach vacuum pipes. Install V-belt and tension - see operation "V-Belt Tension, Check and Adjust". |
