Remove transmission and clutch thrust plate - see operation "Manual Transmission and Differential, Remove and Install" and "Clutch Disc, Thrust Plate, Clutch Bearing and/or Release Lever, Remove and Install" in group "K". Lock flywheel with KM-652 (1) and remove from crankshaft.
Re-cut thread in crankshaft.
 Install, Connect Install flywheel with new bolt to crankshaft - tightening torque 35 Nm / 26 lbf. ft. + 30 ° + 15 ° . Lock flywheel when tightening with KM-652 (2). Install transmission and clutch thrust plate - see operation "Manual Transmission and Differential, Remove and Install" and "Clutch Disc, Thrust Plate, Clutch Bearing and/or Release Lever, Remove and Install" in group "K". |
