Front Left Engine Damping Block, Remove and Install (Vehicles with AT)  

  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove ignition cable cover from upper part of intake manifold.   Attach engine with Engine Lifter Shackles KM-2358 to Engine Bridge KM-263-B (or Engine Bridge MKM-883-1).   Remove damping block from front frame side member (1).   Detach left engine bracket together with engine damping block from AT (2).   Detach engine bracket from engine damping block (3).     Install, Connect    Mount engine bracket on engine damping block - 60 Nm / 44 lbf. ft.

  Install, Connect   

Attach left engine bracket together with engine damping block to transmission (1) - 60 Nm / 44 lbf. ft.   Attach engine damping block to front frame side member (2) - 65 Nm / 48 lbf. ft. 1)  .     Remove, Disconnect    Remove Engine Bridge KM-263-B and Engine Lifter Shackles KM-2358 (or Engine Bridge MKM-883-1).     Install, Connect    Attach ignition cable cover to upper part of intake manifold - 8 Nm / 6 lbf. ft.

1)  Bolts must be re-cut before re-use and inserted after being coated with bolt locking compound (red).
