Engine Damping Block, Rear, Remove and Install  

  Remove, Disconnect   

Unscrew spark plug wire cover from upper part of intake manifold. Attach engine with Engine Lifter Shackles KM-2358 to Engine Bridge KM-263-B (or Engine Bridge MKM-883-1).   Remove fastening bolt from rear engine damping block (1). Detach rear engine damping block from vehicle underbody (2).     Install, Connect    Attach rear engine damping block to vehicle underbody - 65 Nm / 48 lbf. ft. 1)  . Attach engine bracket fastening bolt to rear engine damping block - 60 Nm / 44 lbf. ft.   Remove Engine Bridge KM-263-B and Engine Lifter Shackles KM-2358 (or Engine Bridge MKM-883-1). Fit spark plug wire cover to upper part of intake manifold - 8 Nm / 6 lbf. ft.

1)  Bolts must be re-cut before re-use and inserted after being coated with bolt locking compound (red).
