Ribbed V-belt, Remove and Install (Vehicles without Power Steering and AC)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove air cleaner housing and air duct pipe - see illustration "Air Ducts (X 14 XE, C 14 SEL, X 16 XE, C 16 SEL)" or "Air Ducts (C 16 XE)".  

Mark direction of travel of ribbed v-belt.  

Tension ribbed V-belt tension roller (1) in direction of arrow (anti-clockwise) and remove ribbed V-belt.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Install ribbed V-belt and tension with ribbed V-belt tensioner. Note ribbed V-belt running direction and installation position.  

Remove air cleaner housing and air duct pipe - see illustration "Air Ducts (X 14 XE, C 14 SEL, X 16 XE, C 16 SEL)" or "Air Ducts (C 16 XE)".
