Solenoid Cutoff Valve, Remove and Install (X 15 DT, X 17 D)
Remove, Disconnect
Remove intake manifold, fuel pressure and return lines and oil cooler. Remove solenoid cutoff valve control valve - see operation "Solenoid Cutoff Valve Control Unit, Remove and Install (X 15 DT, X 17 D)".
Pull back rubber grommet and unscrew electrical connecting cable from solenoid cutoff valve (arrow).
Unscrew solenoid cutoff valve.
Install, Connect
Screw in solenoid cutoff valve with new seal ring. Bolt electrical connecting cable to solenoid cutoff valve. Insert rubber grommet.
Install, Connect
Install solenoid cutoff valve control unit with new shear bolts - see operation "Solenoid Cutoff Valve Control Unit, Remove and Install (X 15 DT, X 17 D)".
Install oil cooler, fuel lines and intake manifold - see operation "Solenoid Cutoff Valve Control Unit, Remove and Install (X 15 DT, X 17 D)".
Notice:
The solenoid cutoff valve control does not require reprogramming after replacement of the solenoid cutoff valve.
Remove, Disconnect 
Install, Connect
