after removing the radio, the nominal value according to the above conditions
for checking is atttained, i.e. trouble code 24 is not stored, the leads for
ground and the speed signal in radio plug X 69 are mixed up.
Before starting trouble-shooting, check that the
correct odometer frequency sensor is installed. P 14 or sensor in
instrument P 21
