·   Engine running for at least 120 s

·   The fault is recognised by the control unit if the value determined for the intake air temperature is lower than - 38.5 °C/- 38 °F

     (short circuit to voltage or circuit interruption)

Replacement value:

·   Coolant temperature, if coolant temperature is lower than 45 °C/113 °F and following trouble codes are not set: 14, 15
