Fuel system is pressurised: Reduce fuel pressure with Pressure Tester KM-J-34730-91 via testing port - collect escaping fuel in suitable container - observe safety regulations and national legislation.
 Remove, Disconnect Dismantle vacuum hose (1) and fuel return line (2) from fuel pressure regulator. Detach wiring plug connection for oxygen sensor. Unscrew fastening bolt from fuel pressure regulator (3) and remove this together with bracket for wiring plug connection for oxygen sensor from fuel distributor pipe.
 Install, Connect Fit fuel pressure regulator together with bracket for wiring plug connection for oxygen sensor - use new seal ring and coat this thinly with silicone grease (white). Fit fuel return line (2) and vacuum hose (1) to fuel pressure regulator. Connect wiring plug connection for oxygen sensor. |
