Test	Work Order Description		Nominal Value
T01	Check: Component
	•  This parameter is an internal value of the control unit.   The INJECTION PULSE is a value calculated by the control unit and is influenced by various other parameters (e.g. coolant temperature, intake air temperature, manifold air pressure, idle speed stabilisation, etc.). The INJECTION PULSE cannot be adjusted by the mechanics.   •  Check the following component for proper operation:   Y32 Injection Valve - Fuel   Y7 Injection Valves - Fuel   Fuel pump pressure   Fuel pressure regulator   P33 Sensor - Oxygen, Exhaust   P34 Potentiometer - Throttle Valve   P23 Sensor - Absolute Pressure, Intake Manifold   P29 Temperature Sensor - Intake Manifold   Y18 Solenoid Valve - Exhaust Gas Recirculation		Test okay?
	Yes: T02	No: E03
T02	Check: Adjustment
	•  Are you using the latest version of control unit software?		System okay?
	Yes: E01	No: E02

E01	•  Following system/component is faulty:   Leak in the exhaust system   or   Leak in the intake system   or   Leak in the injectors (dripping)   or   Engine-compression   or   Engine valve gear
	or   Engine oil pressure   or   •  If programming/nominal value is okay and system is still faulty the following component is defective:   K57 Control Unit - Multec
E02	•  Perform service programming SPS to download the latest version of control unit software into the control unit.
E03	•  Repair the concerned circuit/component.
