IDLE ADJ. DRIVE

Engine running at idle speed, operating temperature.

Vehicle with AT:

Selector lever in P N

Press F6 key in the system main menu, select the desired test with the arrow keys and confirm with YES. Follow the instructions in the TECH 1 display.

Note:

No trouble code stored

Vehicle speed 0 km / h (0 mph)

Coolant temperature greater than 90° C / 194° F

Engine running for at least 5 min.

IAC CNTR. ENABLE: ACTIVE

·   Control unit defective

After the nominal idle speed has been altered once, test step no. 42 of the F0: DATA LIST must always be ACTIVE. The display can only revert to INACTIVE once this speed has been reset. See: Fl: ECU RESET, IDLE ADJUST P-N
