Disconnect wiring harness plug from idle speed stepper motor. Unscrew fastening bolts and remove idle speed stepper motor carefully from housing.
Important!
To avoid damage to housing and idle speed stepper motor, distance between plunger and flange must not be greater than 28 mm/1.1 in. If there is a deviation, carefully press plunger in.
Install, Connect
Install idle speed stepper motor with new seal ring - 3 Nm / 2 lbf. ft. 1) .
Connect wiring harness plug.
1) Insert fastening bolt with bolt locking compound (red).
Remove, Disconnect
