Support Plate, DIS Ignition Module, Remove and Install (X 12 SZ, X 14 SZ, C 14 SE)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove wiring harness plug and high voltage ignition cable from DIS ignition module. Unbolt DIS ignition module from support plate. Unbolt support plate from camshaft housing (arrows).  

Object Number: 2385465 Size: DEFAULT

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Install support plate with new seal ring in camshaft housing. Bolt DIS ignition module to support plate. Connect high voltage ignition cable and wiring harness plug to DIS ignition module.  

Object Number: 616199 Size: DEFAULT  Tighten (Torque)   

DIS ignition module support plate to camshaft housing  

- 12 Nm / 9 lbf. ft.  

DIS ignition module to DIS ignition module support plate  

- 8 Nm / 6 lbf. ft.
