Engine Oil Temperature, Measure  

Insert Probe MKM-596-A (1) instead of the oil dipstick into dipstick guide tube until it touches the bottom and withdraw 1 cm.   Seal off the dipstick guide tube opening using rubber plug. Rubber plug is supplied with probe.     Important!    The oil temperature depends on the respective engine load.   With extreme loads, oil temperatures of approx. 150 ° C are possible.   After the measuring procedure remove rubber stopper and probe and insert oil dipstick.
