·   Disconnect co-driver's door wiring harness plug X 21

·   Measure between wiring harness plug M 60 and X 21 (body side)

·   If nominal value is attained, servo motor M 60 defective

     (Combo: X 40)

·   Measure at wiring harness plug X 16 (tailgate)

Possible faults:

(if nominal value is not attained)

For measurement between servo motor wiring harness plug M 60 and co-driver's door wiring harness plug X 21 (body side):

1.  Interruption in body wiring harness between co-driver's door wiring harness plug X 21 and tailgate wiring harness plug X 16 (Combo: X 40).

2.  Tailgate wiring harness plug X 16 (Combo: X 40) disconnected.

3.  Interruption in tailgate wiring harness between wiring harness plug X 16 (Combo: X 40) and servo motor M 60.

If nominal value is attained, servo motor M 60 defective.

For measurement at tailgate wiring harness plug X 16:

1.  Interruption in tailgate wiring harness between wiring harness plug X 16 and M 60.

2.  Servo motor M 60 defective.
