Moulded Headlining, Remove and Install (Model F
08, F 08 & W5L, F 68)
 Remove

Remove load compartment cover 
Note: For model F 08
& W5L.

Release rear seatbelt at the guide fitting (model F08)
Release rear seatbelt at the guide fitting (model F68)

Remove C-pillar inner panelling
|
| 4. |
Release front seat belt at guide fitting
|
| 5. |
Remove upper inner panelling of B-pillar (model F08)
Remove upper inner panelling of B-pillar (model F68)
|
| 6. |
Remove inner panelling for upper A-pillar
|
| 7. |
Release front door weatherstrip in the area of the moulded
headlining (model F08)
Release front door weatherstrip in the area of the moulded
headlining (model F68)

| 9. |
Remove interior light (2)
|
| 10. |
Remove handle in moulded headlining (3)
|
| 11. |
Remove storage compartment for spectacles (I)
Note: Only for vehicles
with storage compartment for spectacles.

Release moulded headlining at the rear

Unclip 3x plugs
Note: Push off plugs on
moulded headlining with plug remover KM-569-A .

|
| 13. |
Remove weatherstrip of glass cover opening and panel for crank
drive
Note: For vehicles with
sliding sunroof:

| 14. |
Remove moulded headlining to the rear through open tailgate
|
|
Install
| 15. |
Insert moulded headlining through open tailgate and align
|
| 16. |
Install weather strip for opening of glass cover and crank
drive panel
Note: For vehicles with
sliding sunroof:

Fasten moulded headlining at the rear
|
| 18. |
Install storage compartment for spectacles
Note: Only for vehicles
with storage compartment for spectacles.

Install handle in moulded headlining
|
| 20. |
Install interior light
|

Fasten front door weatherstrip in the area of the moulded
headlining (model F08)
Fasten front door weatherstrip in the area of the moulded
headlining (model F68)

Install upper A-pillar inner panelling
|
| 24. |
Install upper B-pillar inner panelling (model F08)
Install upper B-pillar inner panelling (model F68)
|
| 25. |
Install guide fitting for front seat belt at height adjuster
|
| 26. |
Fit C-pillar inner panelling
|
| 27. |
Install rear seat belt guide fitting on C-pillar (model F08)
Install rear seat belt guide fitting on C-pillar (model F68)
|
| 28. |
Install load compartment cover
Note: For model F 08
& W5L.
|
| 29. |
Check correct seating of front door and tailgate sealing
lips.
