Seat Belt, Front, Remove and Install (Model F08)

Remove

1.	Remove inner panelling, front of rear quarter panel (model F 08)

Detach guide fitting (1) from height adjuster

•	Unscrew bolt

Detach upper belt guidance system (2) from B-pillar

•	Unscrew 2x bolt

Detach reel retractor (3) from B-pillar

•	Unscrew bolt

Release sliding rail, seat belt (4), from the side of the underbody

•	Unscrew bolt

Detach seat belt (5) from sliding rail

•	Remove front seat belt

Install

7.	Ensure correct seating lower belt guidance system (1) Note: Damaged belt guidance systems must be replaced.

8.	Attach seat belt to sliding rail

Fasten sliding rail for seat belt to the side of the underbody 35 Nm

•	Tighten the bolt

10.

Attach reel retractor on B-pillar 35 Nm

•	Tighten the bolt

11.

Attach upper belt guidance system to B-pillar 1.5 Nm

•	Tighten 2x bolts

12.

Attach guide fitting to height adjuster 35 Nm

•	Tighten the bolt

13.	Install inner panelling, front of rear quarter panel (model F 08)
